I recently visited Vivek Flowers in Irving and jasmines were out of stock. So I took the other available variety- VIRAJAJI - the flowers were fresh and the fragrance was so strong . The flowers also lasted for multiple days. After the pooja, I took out the flowers next day and left them( used flowers ) on the island and the fragrance still lingered around for 1-2 days . I went again and got them for the second time . They look healthy and fresh because it’s the perfect season to get them . I am so glad they are making it easily available in USA. The staff were also friendly and helpful.

I wish for a negative review. 0 hospitality and customer service. Ordered flower garlands for an important event and the day before night we get a call saying that shipment got stuck in Dubai and can’t deliver. While we made other arrangements to prepare the garlands by ourselves by running to Costco and all over to get the flowers and necessities to prepare the garlands. they again call and say with demand that you ordered and should take it. Just that there is no major player in flower business in Dallas, these guys are acting up with so much attitude. I highly recommend to avoid this place if you have an important events like engagement, marriage, festival or anything coming up as they can’t live up to the mark. And the crazy part was the garlands we ordered were not necessarily to be imported from India as well as it’s a simple rose garlands. They just tried to cover up their negligence with package delaying and what not!

They do have a lot of pooja items that are hard to get elsewhere, but they’re also very overpriced and the prices are not proportional to the quality. Example: dhotis. And customer service is dismal — the ladies there are more interested in chatting with eachother than being of help to customers. And they even provided wrong information when asked about a couple of pooja items. Had to walk out of there without buying anything due to terrible customer service. Will not be returning here!

Vivek Flowers did an amazing job! They handled my last-minute request so smoothly and the garlands were beautifully made. The decoration and finishing touches were perfect for my pooja . Very helpful staff they helped me with good suggestions and great service overall. Highly recommend!

Most of the puja related items are available here, but priced high, some ridiculously high. Pumpkin is sold for 15$ each here and the same pumpkin is sold for 4.5$ at Indian store, added pic for reference too. It’s straight out cheating the customers. Staff couldn’t care less for customers, happy with their chatting and playing on their phones. No receipts are provided and everything is calculated in the air. Never returning to this store, can suggest to avoid this store if you can.
